乳酪除了含益生菌對腸道有益,部份類型更含豐富又優質的蛋白質,是增肌減脂的好選擇。日前,註冊營養師謝詠瑩(Gloria)在其Facebook專頁推薦9款高蛋白質的希臘或希臘式乳酪,款款都超過10克蛋白質,供大家參考。
Gloria分享,最近因為開始做負重運動,所以每日所需的蛋白質的多了,尤其做完運動後,要多吃一點優質蛋白質去修補肌肉。於是她便從多間超市購買了多款高蛋白質的希臘或希臘式乳酪。每款都超過10克蛋白質,有些更含20克蛋白質,蛋白質多過三隻雞蛋!而且無添加糖,適合想增肌或減脂的朋友。

9款高蛋白質乳酪中,以「KOLIOS HERCULES Greek Yogurt」及「馬莎Authentic Greek Yogurt」蛋白質最高,以每食用份量計達20克。而眾多款高蛋白質乳酪中,Gloria本人最喜歡食「ATHINA 100% Greek Yogurt with fig pieces」,因為這款乳酪加了天然水果,是天然果糖,無添加糖,入口不酸,非常好味。
